Shipping policy

Online orders will be processed and dropped off at the post office within 3 business days. Currently, we only ship our product(s) within Canada and to the United States.

Shipping is included for our Exploration Kit within Canada. For customers in the United States, shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping will vary depending on your location but generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-5 business days if your shipping address is within British Columbia. For other Canadian provinces and territories, your expected delivery date is 7-10 business days once the item has been shipped. For the United States, please expect the shipping time to be 10-14 days.

We will not be responsible for any customs clearance charges and duties incurred at destination country.
