Due to health and safety concerns, our Tea Exploration Kits are final sale and are not eligible for returns. However, if for some reason you are not happy with our kit, please contact us as we would like to understand what the issues could be.

Teaware that has not been used and has its original packaging intact is eligible for an exchange or refund. Return shipping will be at the buyer’s (your) expense. Please contact us for more details on how to return an item.
